I'm Cenzo, Principal Mediator and Consultant at Slantwise. My path here has been anything but straight, from a former career criminal to a law graduate and nationally accredited mediator. I work across mediation, lived experience advocacy, and systems change, helping people work through conflict without judgement and helping systems hold people up instead of pathologising and harming them.
